Ordering & FAQs

Here are a few things to know about placing an order:

Timeline for orders:

Sales Open: October 6-October 19

Production: Begins October 20

Shipment/Delivery: Shipments will begin the week of November 17 , and all orders should be delivered by December 5.

**Please note** At check out, shipping will show the number of days for delivery.  That is based on the date your order ships, not the date your order is placed.  You will receive a notice from our website when your order ships so you will know to be expecting delivery. 

Why does delivery take so long?

The current Pantsuit Politics store is a print on demand model, which means that individual products are produced when they are ordered.  This can be good for delivery times, but doesn't allow for the widest selection of products, colors, or quality options.  

A pre-sale/merch drop, allows us to offer more variety and quality of product, without the hassle of unsold inventory.  Once orders close, they will be pooled together and sent to production. 

tldr: your willingness to wait a little for your items makes it easier for our team, and means better options and higher end products for you.   

Product images

Due to the nature of a pre-order, the physical products you are ordering have not been produced yet.  The images shown in the catalog are virtual images to give you a sense of the product, color and placement.  Actual products may vary slightly to what is shown.  Whenever possible, we have also included a photo of the actual product (without an imprint) so you can see the real item.  

Why is shipping so expensive/Why don't you offer free shipping? 

We understand that many large businesses offer free or significantly reduced shipping.  When you order from this shop, you are supporting two small, female owned businesses.  Our shipping prices are the actual rate calculated by the provider.  Shipping is a significant expense and any discount offered would come directly from our profits.  If you have any specific questions about your order or alternative shipping options, please contact us via the website form.  We appreciate your understanding and support.

Who you are ordering from:

The order is being sold and will be fulfilled by Community Merch Co, in partnership with Pantsuit Politics.  Correspondence you receive (including charges on your credit card statement) may show Community Merch Co (not Pantsuit Politics).  Please make note of this to avoid any confusion with future charges or credit card statements.

Community Merch Co is a promotional products company owned by long time listener and Executive Producer Christi Matthews.  Christi has over 20 years experience in promotional products and screen printing with her family business.
